Personal Fitness Training for Women Only

My personal training services focus on core strengthening and stability as well as nutrition. Your first session will begin with a complimentary fitness assessment and goal assessment. This usually takes from a half an hour to an hour depending on how chatty you are! I assess body composition, strength and flexibility. And then we will talk about how you want to start on your journey to independence and lifelong fitness!!!!

 

  I will come to your home for one on one sessions, group sessions and partner training as well.
